A number of years ago I wrote for a blog entitled C'est Suzanne. The topic of this blog was life on the Connecticut shoreline as I saw it. I had to take that blog down some time ago due to personal reasons. However, the time is right for a new blog to begin.
A Periwinkle Tale will incorporate some of the old ideas of my former blog. This time however, I will be adding a more personal approach. By this I mean I will post some of the projects I will be working on, my artwork, as well as stories and photos of my life on the Connecticut shore. In addition, I will have cooking tips, holiday ideas, and those of you who know me from my past posts, the antics of my dogs Sophie, Oscar and Silvie.
The title of my new blog is of course a play on words. I try not to take myself too seriously. I look forward to meeting new friends and hearing about life in your neck of the woods. Please feel free to add to my comments. I read all of them. So glad to be back.
